– RETURNS & EXCHANGES• Please note: we do not offer refunds for prints. Exchanges are only accepted in the case of damaged goods. If you have received your purchase and it is damaged, please email madam@themadameditor.com within 3 days of receipt.

– ORDER CHANGES• Changes to your order — address change and order cancellation, must be made via email within 15 minutes of placing the order• After that time has elapsed we cannot guarantee that your request can be accommodated but we will do our best to assist

– PRODUCT | Some items come in A3 & A4 prints others run a limited print in A4 only- items clearly marked for size.

– SHIPPING• All orders are expected to ship within 5-10 working days• You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has been despatched• If you do not receive one within (5) five working days please email @ madam@themadameditor.com
• For domestic (UK; England, Wales, Scotland & NI) orders, delivery usually occurs between 1-7 working days after your items has shipped• International orders, delivery usually occurs 10-12 business days after your package has shipped

SHIPPING METHODS• Domestic orders ship via Royal Mail using recorded delivery• International orders ship via Royal Mail track and trace international delivery • Please note: estimates are not guarantees and may shift during the course of our production process• Should there be a delay we will notify you by email•

– LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES• If your package is lost or stolen and has not be scanned as “delivered” by the shipper we will either send replacements (if products are available) or issue full store credit (minus any shipping or applicable taxes)• If your package is lost or stolen and has been scanned as “delivered” by the shipper, please email with your order number

• Please note: we do not except exchanges or returns on art prints, either unframed or framed, unless the print is damaged•
