ROSÉ ALL SPRING, ALL SUMMER, ALL DAY…


As if there can be anything else for the season. When it comes to Rosé, one brand is my absolute favourite: AIX Rose; a splendid bottle. The best thing about Rosé is that it goes with everything; meat, fish, veggies… it goes down a treat. And in a cocktail, Rosé is a beauty toss in a handful of frozen berries; strawberries or blueberries, some hard liquor to give it a kick… et voila

  • 2 Sprigs fresh thyme
  • Juice of half lemon
  • .5 oz tequila
  • 1/2 ounce St Germain Liquor
  • Rose to top off

HOW TO:

  • Muddle the berries and the rosemary sprigs together
  • squeeze in half a life in a lemon press to bring out the oils
  • toss in the half ounce of tequila
  • toss in the half ounce of St Germain liquor
  • swizzle with a cocktail stirrer
  • pour into a glass with a strainer or not; I prefer the fruits and sprigs left in there
  • top up with AIX rose
