MFW SS13 Cavalli shows Class (still sexy)

Sexy is a Roberto Cavalli thing and he owns that look for Milan down to a T. Whilst everyone may be doing the whole cool, tame, luxe thing you could always count on Mr Cavalli to bring the sexy and its almost always some animal print, tassels, high drama, blah blah blah all over the gaffe but not this time. For SS13 Cavalli gave us CLASS. Sexy but on the classy end. Skin and seduction but in tasteful amounts, negligée style dresses, that brilliant lace pant suits in all white was just beautiful, the nudes that slithered the skin oozing sexiness was beguiling, that black blazer over the lingerie dress with high slits; perfection. Even when there was the signature snake print it didn’t overpower the look it complimented it. What this collection did for Cavalli was to show off his mastery in detail; embroidery, beading, the mix of boldness and subtlety that equated to power. Obviously, Cavalli knows his women and knows how to draw the side-liners in.
